Arraid, LLC. provides a number of service products to assist our Customers in the implementation and use of our many data storage product lines. Service products include per incident and contract maintenance, upgrades, training and on-site support. They are categorized by the type of service provided, as the actions taken tend to be the same regardless of the storage product supported.

All of Arraid's standard manufactured products are covered by a return to factory warranty for one year from the date of manufacture. In addition, Extended Warranty is available providing coverage for up to five years from product manufacture
The Warranty Service page provides a detailed description of what the Customer can expect from warranty service. All requests for warranty service require a Return Material Authorization. Please see the section on RMA for procedures.
